Your product was worth a try but is not much good. Balanitis is due to tiny amount of URINE fermenting under your foreskin. Rinse off daily, best in a shower. Always blot or wash off the last drop of urine after you go. A circumcision will end the problem. ...Read more

Of course not: Balanitis, phimosis, is due to fermentation by bacteria in tiny drops of urine under the foreskin. Shower daily, retracting the skin to rinse it off. Whenever passing urine, keep the skin back for a moment and blot off the urine from the area. Castellani solution (clear) is very effective. You will need to request it from the pharmacist. See remark: You may need to try different antifungal cream. It is very unusaul a month long treratment not helping.
My remedy besides the cream, is apply or wrap loosely

IF NO BETTER AFTER A WEEK, CHECK WITH YOUR PCP.
