Are there some fruits that have a high enough fiber content, so that the fruit sugar carbs don't get quickly digested (trying to avoid a sugar high)?

Eating lots of new fruits also in smoothies but notice makes me gassier than usual after. Can too much fruit at once do this if high fiber fruits?

Could a change in BM pattern from 1x/day to 5-6x/day be caused by a new high-fiber diet (lots of fresh vegetables and fruit)/or sth bad's happening?

What you described is not likely to be an effective strategy to control rise in blood sugar following meals.
