Pooping durning sex I have been taking lichi probiotic super fruit and im not sure this might be related to those pills not sure but durning sex I have been pooping I believe that's what it is.
My best advice for you is to stop taking the probiotic for a few weeks and see if the bowel movements during intercourse stop. If they do then I imagine taking the probiotic is not as important as not having a bowel movemment during sex.
If this is not the causethen visit your doctor for a medical evaluation for fecal incontinence. There are multiple causes of fecal incontinence including nerve or muscle damage, constipation, rectal cancer or prolapse etc.

Recently swtiched 2 a whole food diet. Lots of fruit, veggies, and moderate amt of lean chicken/fish. I am pooping 3-5 times daily. Is this normal?
May be okay: Or even a good thing, as your body adjusts to the increased bulk. If what's happening is clearly not normal, or pain develops, get seen. Otherwise, congratulations on what may well be a good, healthy lifestyle change. Perhaps you can increase your commitment to physical fitness and good health in other ways as well. ...Read more

May be normal: Moving your bowels 5-6 times a day is more than average but not necessarily an sign of illness. If you are feeling healthy and this has been a normal frequency for you and not a recent change, and if you are not having loose, watery stools, abdominal cramping or bloody stools then your likely ok. (Some people with IBS have frequent movements when under stress.) ...Read more

I have had issues pooping for over a month. I go once a week maybe two if im lucky? I have stool softener and I don't have fruit and vegatables around?
Water & fiber help: Make yourself eat fiber and drink 6-10 8 oz glasses of water a day (that's 3-5 16 oz bottles of water a day). Why don't you have veggies and fruit around? They are the best source of fiber and really help constipation if you take, say 3 fruits and 4 veggies a day for a few weeks. Some meds, chronic inactivity can cause constipation or make it last longer so get busy walking & exercising more too! ...Read more
How do you soften a very hard poop which refuses to come out? I have tried prune juice, fruits and enema but nothing is working.
Time to see a doctor: Sometimes, we do literally get 'stuck'. At these times, a visit to a doctor can help. Well, actually 'the nurse' - since you may indeed need an enema to dislodge what has become impacted. The key is not to get into this position with a good amount of fibre in the diet, and plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Now, all of that won't do any good because there's an obstruction there. Hope u get help ...Read more

My son 1 year old had enterovirus. Now he doesn't have a twmperature just a loose stool. Pediatrition told me no fruits. Can I give him fruits?
Fruits & diarrhea: The sugar content of fruits is fairly high, and that high sugar content in a stressed intestinal tract will prolong the loose stools. While not dangerous for him, it will prolong the time he has loose stools and may cause some cramping and gas. If your pediatrician says it's best to wait a few weeks to give fruit again, I would heed his/her call and choose other options for a few weeks. ...Read more
