920 is well within the normal range (presuming your lab has the standard normal range) so it is not "so high." There is no known toxicity of B12. Levels that are above normal in those not supplementing can be a sign of health problems, but those problems are not caused by B12.
Yogurt and eggs are good sources so you are getting good levels from that.
