Plain water: Assuming that your water is potable (consumable by humans), you don't need anything fancy, eg bottled etc. Even fruit juice isn't ideal. Better to eat actual fruit which includes fiber etc rather than drink excess calories. Many studies suggest benefit from tea & coffee but still not clear as to how much how often of which kind.
