This is covered well: In all the atkins books. You can follow my tips for dinners on low carb diets. Howwever, I am not providing info on breakfast and lunch. There are almost an infinite vairiety of meals. Maybe: Why are you checking your blood sugar levels? 71 is a normal glucose, 114 is minimally high after an 8hr fast. This may or may not be what is causing your dizziness. Go see a physician and get fasting bloodwork. ...Read more

Depends what type of: exercising you are doing? High intensity, triathlon, marathon, or short burst, walking, running, sprinting? If you are a long, term high intensity runner, triathlon, you need to have more calories (carbs) before hand to not burn up (or consume) your muscles as fuel instead of the carbs.
