Worrisome...: If a headache is bad enough to awaken you from your sleep, or is very severe, whether frontal or other part of scalp (there are no pain fibers in the brain!), you must see your physician. Most presume a headache is just a headache. But if never evaluated/worked up for causes, particularly if pattern changes, or become more severe, it needs to be. Must rule out brain tumor. Not usually: Mech problems can cause headaches, but they pretty exclusively run from the neck up the back if the head. I wonder if you might have developed a progression of your sinus problems to the extent that your medications are no longer working. Sometimes sinuses have to be drained. Chronic daily HA's: Can't say, from your information if migraine or tension, and triggers besides contacts not expressed, but meets criteria of chronic daily headaches and pattern needs to be broken up. You could try topirimate or divalproex sodium, but maybe could employ riboflavin or CoQ-10. Stop all analgesics, especially tylenol (acetaminophen) which can perpetuate pattern.
