Not usually: Mech problems can cause headaches, but they pretty exclusively run from the neck up the back if the head. I wonder if you might have developed a progression of your sinus problems to the extent that your medications are no longer working. Sometimes sinuses have to be drained. Chronic daily HA's: Can't say, from your information if migraine or tension, and triggers besides contacts not expressed, but meets criteria of chronic daily headaches and pattern needs to be broken up. You could try topirimate or divalproex sodium, but maybe could employ riboflavin or CoQ-10. Stop all analgesics, especially tylenol (acetaminophen) which can perpetuate pattern.
