Patella stabilizing brace or strap and Phys Therapy program to strengthen the VMO of the quads can be helpful along with modifying exercise to avoid aggravation. Stop if hurts.: Pain is a sign that something is wrong. Continuing any activity that is causing pain can worsen the pain and the damage.
