Check your Calcium:
Hctz can lead to to hypercalcemia especially if you are taking vitamin d or calcium supplements. This will cause lack of urine concentration by the kidney. And polyuria. This does not explain the fever.

a. drinking too much water from an obsessive urge leading to water intoxication.
b. Diabetes insipidus -the pituitary no longer secretes the hormone (ADH) to control the urinary flow.
