Here are some. ..: What you described seems suggesting you've "chronic" systemic disorders by infectious agents or connective tissue or autoimmune conditions, etc. To sort these out, bring the info on the onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, and progress of all symptoms and their related discomforts over time to Doc for analysis + exam + timely testing so to deduce Dx for right Rx. Best wish. ..

I have nausea in the morning, extreme fatigue, headaches, more acne than normal, and frequent urination, the p-test was neg, what else could it be?

Nausea: How late are you? Sometimes a pregnancy test can be negative especially within a week of missing the period. You may not be entirely out of the woods yet as far as the pregnancy thing is concerned, especially if you have had unprotected sex. A blood test is the best test to determine if you are pregnant or not. Good luck. Hang in there.

I have had frequent urination with upper back pain and very bad fatigue. Is this something severe?

Could be, see a Dr.: Symptoms could be from pyelonephritis or reflux of urine from bladder to kidney or combination of both. Certainly deserves wokup by a urologist or nephrologist. A simple urinalysis from your primary medical care provider would make a good start.

Increased fatigue, and frequent urination is this all because of smoking, can I reduce the harmfull effects of smoking.

Increased fatigue, and frequent urination is this all because of smoking, can I reduce the harmfull effects of smoking.

Fatigue yes,: urination I don't think so. Smoking increases the carbon monoxide in red blood cells, which means they cannot carry oxygen at the same time. It also constricts blood vessels to vital organs, including muscle. Over time, it causes damage to the lungs to where they cannot take in adequate oxygen. Exercise has some effects in reducing smoking's harm, but the only way to stop it is to stop smoking.

I have palpitations, frequent urination and tiredness. What could the problem be? My blood test, ECG n EKG all normal..

Maybe urinary tract: This could have several causes. Not sure about which blood test was done, but would consider a metabolic panel to include calcium and magnesium, a fasting glucose, thyroid stimulating hormone, and urinalysis. Consider elevated blood sugar, urinary tract infection, thyroid abnormality (especially high thyroid), high calcium to start with. May need complete eval by an internist.
