Problem in breathing specially from left nostril . Mucous coming to mouth from nose every now and then and frequent sneezing.
I have fever and cold with frequent sneezing also my throat feels dry and nose is blocked. Should i visit a doctor if no tell me how to recover quick?

I've recently been waking up with a sore/dry throat, stuffy and runny nose, with frequent sneezing and dry coughing, is this serious? Over 4 days.
Not really: Given this isn't quite cold and flu season (at least where I'm from), your symptoms appear to be more in tune with allergies and a cough due to post-nasal drip from the inflammation occurring in the nasal passages and sinuses.
