See a doctor: Your temperature will vary from below 98.6 up to 100 degrees in the course of a day normally. Unless you are having temps in excess of 100 f or having symptoms beyond the sensation of warmth (chills, sweats, cough, nausea and vomiting, pains, etc.) would doubt anything serious. On the other hand, if you actually are having true fevers a good history and exam by a doctor is a good idea. ...Read more
