What's your question: You may be describing migraines w/scotoma. Low energy may be related to frequent headaches which may also cause dizzy feeling. There are many B vitamins so need to be more specific as to which is low. Good news is that it's very easy to replenish vitamin B & D (no need for shots). At rest they may be the size of a pea and when stimulated they are often bean sized or larget.
