Both conditions can cause reactive airways which is manifested with wheezing you are describing when you lay down. It is recommended to try to elevate your head at least 30 degrees when in bed. The DX can be made by positional changes . In dysautomia there is no tachycardia with change of positions. Meniere's and bnv involve disorders of the inner ear.
