Bfriend may have short frenulum he can pull foreskin back easily no pain but head bends down the further pulled frenuloplasty needed or juststretching?
Frenuloplasty : is ligation of artery necesary for penile-frenuloplasty? What is the name of that artery? I've done the procedure 17days ago.
Piece work?: You mean you did it (to yourself) or had it done? There is no dedicated artery, and bleeding is usually spontaneously controlled. Due to its location, it can be frequently moistened, so may have poor scab formation and bleeding. Styptic pencil (ouch) may help with initial closure, but if 17 days lapsed, likely best to consult Urologist or your Dr for check that all is OK. ...Read more

Just as I would advise in the US, do a bit of research to try to find the best hospital in the area and a surgeon with good credentials. You may also want to get a second opinion. One thing you will find is that surgery outside the US is probably much more affordable! ...Read more

Seek attention: The ESR being high is normal after surgery to a certain degree. Your grandmother needs to see her doctor to determine if she is having effects from a low hb, what her normal is, and to evaluate to see if a transfusion is needed. If she has no other symptoms than it may be normal for her. Seek physician attention ...Read more
How dangerous is it for someone who just had surgery within the last 24 hours to have their oxygen level staying down in the 70's and low 80's?
Should I get surgery for tmj? The pain has gotten worse lately, but it’s still not usually too terrible. I’ve heard that sometimes surgery can cause worse problems than the tmj.
It depends: There are many factors to consider. Surgery for TMJ is extremely aggressive and invasive. I would exhaust other treatment options like an oral appliance to adjust jaw position or Botox injections to relive discomfort. Be certain you are seeing a prosthodontists and/or oral surgeon to explain your specific treatment options. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers
