Better and more natural way would be to take full fat plain yogurt (you can add fruits or chopped cucumber and garlic) a few times a week for food and other fermented foods.
Make sure that the fermented foods that you buy are not pasteurized after the fermentation. It is hard to get such foods. Therefore I do suggest to my patients to prepare their own yogurt, pickles, ……
