Intense ankle pain (front & lateral) prohibits climbing stairs, pivoting, running. No injury, full ROM w/o weight on it. What did/should I do? Thanks!
Ortho Eval needed: Seek evaluation by your orthopaedic surgeon. Along with a thorough examination of your ankle, X-rays would likely be obtained to assess for a potential loose body of osteophyte that may make stair climbing painful. Instability or ankle looseness would also be assessed as the anterior and lateral aspect of the ankle is where the main stabilizing ligaments are located. ...Read more
Delivery job entails lifting 75-150 lbs, walk 6-8 miles, in and out of truck 200 times.Had menisectomy, hernia surgery. Now TKR.Can I still do my job?

But whether you can carry, load and unload heavy cargos is a different story, and you need to ask the question to your hematologist. Many severe hemophilia patients already have joint problems, and judging from your question, i guess you don't. ...Read more

Accidently more weight put on my ACL reconstructed knee..Lost balance..Din fall bt felt terrible..No pain..Took painkiller prior to dat.Nothing wrong?
Probably Okay: I allow my acl reconstructions to bear full weight afterwards (except if a meniscal repair or other ligaments were repaired) so it is unlikely that you sustained an injury by putting too much weight on your leg. If the leg swelled up or is causing pain, that would be a bad sign. If you have that , you should see your surgeon for evaluation. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
