Free Radical Body
Do you recommended taking some vitamins such as CoQ10, Vitamin E, C, B12, K2,D3, and probiotics and laxatives for constipation in Parkinson?
Also is sun exposure dangerous in PD in terms of increasing free radicals in body or is it good for Vit D?Thx
All except laxatives: are fine, though there is not much evidence that vit E is helpful. Except Exercise! That is apparently emerging as one of the most helpful things you can do for PD AND the good news for you is it also helps constipation. You should of course drink LOTS of fluids and eat fruits, veg, and fiber. If you must take a laxative, use a fiber laxative. Good luck! ...Read more

Reintroducing grains after paleo, and i feel sick. Is my body freaking out from "foreign objects" or did grain-free cause grain intolerance?
This is the norm: Grains are really hard on a person's gut but for most of us our gut gets used to it. However, when you stop eating grains for a time and then add them back you are asking your gut to adjust too quickly to eating grains. Your experience is the norm rather than the exception. Were you to keep eating grains things would eventually improve though they will never feel as good as not eating them. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Do you think pathologies have increased in number/form after the development of modern pharmachology? After all meds create many free radicals.
No: There have always been more pathologies (disorders) than doctors could take care of, and there always will be. We are an imperfect species in an imperfect world. At first, we take care of the pathologies that are very bad and/or the ones that are very easy to treat. Then we go after the other pathologies.
