See your doctor: There are many things to consider when assessing and treating low energy (i am assuming this; you did not say) fractures. Start with your primary provider. You could also get an opinion from an osteoporosis specialist. Need more infor: I would need to know what part of the pelvis and to what extent was the break. Most pelvic fractures dont result in issues with carrying or delivering children. Your OB and ortho doc may need to get together to help make a plan for your next pregnancy. ...Read more

Ouch!: I am so sorry this happened - it is a rare complication, but as you well know, is very painful. Unfortunately, if you are still having symptoms 15 months out, it is likely this will be a chronic problem, including with future pregnancies.It's not like you can easily put your pelvis in a cast and let it heal. Physical therapy may help, as well as biofeedback techniques to try and put mind over pain. ...Read more
