Not enough info: You said that you had fracture blisters. Did you have a fracture? Was it an open fracture? An infection can happen after any operation-that's a risk of surgery. ...Read more

You should see a dr: When you say black..what color are you? Is it black like black and blue? Is there a capillary return in the toe? In any event at four weeks this should be more than 50 percent healed. Was the digit relocated at all.
