What is the best sleeping position to fix forward head posture & rounded shoulders? Should i sleep on the floor? What are some stretches to fix this?
Kyphosis: Poor posture is possible, but underlying scheuermann's kyphosis is also an option. If you have a noticeable hump on your back, likely not postural. Kyphosis is an inherited disorder that results in pain that usually subsides after growth ceases. If persistent, occasionally surgical treatment is warranted. Back pain: It could be something musculoskeletal such as a bruised or broken rib or a muscular strain. In this case, you just need to wait it out.
