What is the best sleeping position to fix forward head posture & rounded shoulders? Should i sleep on the floor? What are some stretches to fix this?
Kyphosis: Poor posture is possible, but underlying scheuermann's kyphosis is also an option. If you have a noticeable hump on your back, likely not postural.
