Could be sinus: As as sinus related. Again without either more information or really seeing you I can't be certain. But it's possible that something is irritating your sinuses (the frontal sinuses are in the forehead region, maxillary by the cheeks, and ethmoid behind the nose). To Consider..: A couple things come to mind. It could be related to your frontal sinuses due to a possible chronic sinusitis.How long have you had this? How long does the pain last? Sharp, electric, shooting pain, or more aching, throbbing? Does it go away when you stop touching it?
