Tightness in arms: Recent strenuous activity or trauma? May be tendoinitis , though usually it is one side not both, or thoracic outlet again usually one side . Had blood test wk ago. Large bruise came up on forearm + elbow, now have tender limp inside of elbow where I guess blood was taken. Do I need the dr?

Hematoma: Some of the blood apparently escaped from the vein into the surrounding tissue when blood was withdrawn for testing. This happens sometimes but should be small and should slowly resolve (it first looks like a bluish bruise then turns brownish and finally over few days it becomes firm and eventually resolves. Call dr if it becomes infected (turns red , hot and painful) ...Read more

Make sure: you don't have a fracture that wasn't seen in the initial x-ray. It an take a couple of weeks for some fractures to be visible on x-rays. Check with your doctor if you are still having pain. Absent a fracture you may have injury to the tendons and ligaments of the wrist. ...Read more

Boil?: This is one of those "almost have to see it to tell what it is" things. If it is tender, it could be a boil--localized staph infection. They are usually red, tender and can come up rather suddenly. It may need an antibiotic or lancing if it worsens.
