I have arm/wrist/hand weakness on my right arm and my forearm cramps up a lot, plus i get spasms in my upper arm. What could cause this?
Spasms and weakness: This could be related to thyroid and/or electrolyte levels (sodium, magnesium, potassium, etc.) but usually this is global not specifically in one arm or leg. Your NECK: may contain the "answer" since "referred" pain from a pinched nerve at the C6-C7 cervical veterbral level radiates to the shoulder and forearm. Depends: Near the distal biceps is the median nerve. Injury to that area can potentially injure that nerve or swelling puts pressure on that nerve.
