I fell from bicycle 4 weeks ago and my right forearm absorbed the impact. Bones are fine, muscle hurts a lot when used since then.

Fairly soon,yes: Sounds like you broke your distal radius and it did not require surgery(great!) and you are getting your cast or immobilizer off.Your ors will probably get u started on an exersize program to regain motion in your wrist and your strength back in your forearm and hand.Once you have started that you probably(check w/ your doc) begin doing push-ups, etc.Best of luck! ...Read more
