Not much to do...: This should clear up after you finish the antibiotics. There's not much you can do before then. Tooth and tongue brushing might help, but 2-3 times a day probably is sufficient. More often probably won't help much. If you're going to be on the antibiotics more than a few weeks, speak with the doctor who prescribed them.
