Not that important: Plantar warts are not dangerous and removal is not important unless causing you pain with walking etc. They do get harder to remove as they get larger, but otherwise it is not a dangerous thing to have on your foot.
U can try some otc product such compound-w etc...

And they can go deeper to put pressure on the nerves and cause pain on pressure or that numb, tingling sensation. Try over the counter: Treatments first. Most warts will go away on their own. If the one you have is causing problems, try any of the over the counter remedies for warts. Surgery is not usually needed. It can be frozen, if need be.
