Foot pain, started with Achilles tendon and now foot is swollen, hurts to bear weight and heel and arch of foot hurt, ankle area no longer hurts. ?
Stretches do help: A fellow sufferer here, as well as several MDs in our practice. The stretches on the link below do help, you will see progressive improvement.
