The question is: A little unclear. But, if you have numbness I would look to have an Emg/NCV performed to see if there is any radiculopathy from the lower back. Regarding the cramps, I would make sure there is no circulatory disturbance and would start with arterial dopplers and consider a magnesium supplement. Keep in mind these are things to consider after a medical exam by a doctor, ...Read more

I have foot pain in sole of foot, feels like cramp. Could this be because of disc bulge at L5 / s1?

Probaby not: The L5 nerve root inervates primarily the top of the foot. While the s1 nerve root does inervate the bottom of the foot, neuropathic pain usually doesn't present with cramping. It's: It's hard to say exactly what the cause of your pain is. Based on your description, it sounds like either a tendonitis or a stress fracture.

I would see a podiatrist or orthopedist, get an x-ray, and at that point, you'll know what's going on and can start treatment to get you better.

Meanwhile, i'd stay off of it, just in case you have a little fracture in there.

Good luck! ...Read more

I am unable to determine if you took all your birth control pills as prescribed. You now have cramps in your feet and feel off balance. I hope I understood correctly. Those don't sound like typical pregnancy symptoms. Pregnancy symptoms early on can include: lack of a period, feeling tired, nausea, food cravings, urinating more often, swollen or tender breasts.
