Sounds like a nerve:
Issue, ie, spine lesion in the lower back. The areas you have problems with are from L1 level down to l5-s1. So get checked by pcp and possible referral to a spine doc /orthopod. You probably have arthritis (spondylitis) with some disc lesions.

Neuroma? Could be..:
Neuromas are a common foot problem. This is due to damage to the nerve usually between the third and fourth toes. Symptoms can include pain and burning at times and numbness at times. Staying in a thicker soled, stiff shoe with plenty of toe room and good support can be helpful. Conservative care is most successful if treatment is early. If delayed, surgical excision may be needed.

Looking for some guidance regarding pain in left foot. Pain at tip of 2nd and 3rd toes while walking. No real discomfort elsewhere in toes or foot?
I'm assuming no injury/trauma. First, is it the very early signs of a pinched nerve supplying the second and third toes; it's called a neuroma, most commonly affecting the 3rd and 4th toes. Second, if diabetic, is it the very, very early signs of diabetic neuropathy? Those are my thoughts.

Sharp foot pain on the outside of foot about 1 1/2 inches away from pinky toe. Do not remember any injury. Worse in the morning. Doesn't seem swollen?
Sounds like a tailor: bunion. It is caused by improper footwear. It is at the base of the little toe. Usually we see this in people with a"splay foot". This means when your foot hits the ground the forefoot widens. Have 2 look for this barefooted. If dress shoes & heelx make it more sore that is most likely the problem. ...Read more
