Get it checked again: I suppose you were sen by the doctor who ordered the xrays and provided treatment for it
It is usually treated by immobilization by taping it to next toe and ice locally and padded shoe and pain medication
I suggest you follow up with the treating doctor or see an orthopedic Specialist or a Podiatrist ...Read more

Go see a doctor: Pain that radiates from hip 2 toes is usually caused by a pathology above the hip. Your patella (knee cap) fracture, most likely, has nothing to do with this pain. Your back is a likely candidate, but your history of heart disease and the fact that your foot turns cold, makes me think of a vascular (arterial) cause for your pain. Don't quite under-: -stand the?. The blueness in the toes is common. It is a response to injury,and involves a circulatory response especially if the leg is dependent. The rest is not a question. RUle out medical: Issues such as heart disease, thryoid, diabetes, etc.
If he smokes, quit as there are several vascualr disease taht are terrible for smokers ( good idea to quit anyway)
see uour pcp about other issues suchas vacular disease, vasculitis, connective tissue disorders etc

some times carpal tunnel can give coolness but that is not he first place id look.
