Sore foot: Ms. Pierce: with little details to work on, it is hard to say. Are you a runner? Any previous injury to foot? Does it feel like "pins and needles?" It could be a mild inflammation of the fascia, but hard to say. Try a few days of aspirin or Motrin. I always recommend warm heat pads for a few days to see if any benefit. It's : It's hard to say exactly what the cause of your pain is. Based on your description, it sounds like either a tendonitis or a stress fracture. I would see a podiatrist or orthopedist, get an x-ray, and at that point, you'll know what's going on and can start treatment to get you better.
