Get foot X-ray if you feel pain upon weight-bearing. Apply Ice, keep foot elevated, get it a rest for few days. Take Ibuprofen after meals. I was playing soccer and someone stood on my foot. I don't think it's broken but it hurts everytime I walk for long periods or do any exercising?
Like a BRUISE although a hairline or "chip" fracture cannot be ruled out without a simple xray....Since it appears that you do not wish to REST/ICE/ELEVATE perhaps you should seek the xray to know WHAT you are dealing with. A contusion (bruise will be better in 10 days to two weeks a fracture 6-8 weeks!!
BE WISE BE WELL Hope this helps

Stretch/arch support: Depending on brands, styles cleats are often not as supportive in the arch area as a good running shoe. I would suggest placing a rigid arch support or custom orthotic in the soccer shoe, but first remove the insole so you will have more room. I would also recommend proper stretching and wrapping/taping the hamstrings before practice or a match if necessary. See a specialist if no improvement. ...Read more
