Foods You Can Eat After The Daniel Fast
Wouldn't recooment it: In general most fast food restaurants contain foods which are loaded with high concentrated calories. Even salads at fast food restaurants contain lots of calories typically from the dressing of fried toppings. The best way to lose weight is to avoid processed food and concentrate on a whole food approach. To sum it up eat lean meats, fruits and vegetables.
Maybe: Eating fast food may be "normal, " in that a lot of people do it. Still, it's not healthy for any of us to eat it. Too many trans fats and processed foods, even for a 16 year old. You can develop healthier eating, activity, and sleep patterns that will keep you well for the rest of your life! Best wishes.See 1 more doctor answer
Poor nutrition: The food one eats is the fuel your body needs to perform. As an athlete who wants to perform at a high level, it behooves you to put the best fuel possible in your body. Fast food is one of the worst fuels possible. Consider less processed foods and more natural whole foods.See 1 more doctor answer
Once or less: Its ok to eat it as often as you want, but to be healthy, once a week or less is best.See 1 more doctor answer
No relationship: Exercising and eating healthy are two separate activities related to maintaining good health. One does not have an effect on the other except that the lack of either can contribute to the development of chronic diseases. It is a common misconception that one healthy activity can neutralize the ill effects of another unhealthy activity, eg. Eating well will not compensate for inadequate sleep.See 1 more doctor answer
Yes, with moderation: Moderation in all things including "fast food diets" makes us "healthy, wealthy, and wise".
Lindora Clinics: I don't know where you live, but if you're involved in the lindora lean for life program you know that there's an online site where you can ask specific questions like that: http://www. Lindora. Com/program_online. Aspx there are also clinics in california, and you can find these at: http://www. Lindora. Com/program_clinics. Aspx you would need to become a patient or member for its 1-on-1 advice.
Eating habits: Through self control and being consistent and motivated.
Paleo & exercise: More like what foods to avoid! From a paleolithic and food sensitivity point of view i'd advise avoiding all grains, dairy, legumes and refined foods/sugars. Eat unlimited amounts of non starchy veggies, one serving of fruit and a modest amount of lean meats. Exercise is always important as is regular water intake.
None: All of the major fast food chains are basically unhealthy unless you stick with salads or grilled chicken.
Depends upon: The "fast food" you eat. Fruits and Vegetables can be fast foods!!!! Eating healthy is possible with "fast food" Avoid fatty/over sweetened items! Even Mc Donalds carries some healthy "fast" foods!See 1 more doctor answer
Doesn't exist: There is no food that will do that. You will grow at the rate that you grow as along as you get adequate calories.
How much weight would I gain approximately if I were to eat nothing but fast food for a week like in that movie?
Fast Food obesity!!: This is a very good question and one that you may already know the answer to. But, you would most likely gain some weight and also would clog up your arteries with excess fats and sugars that can add to your risk of heart disease. But, I wold hesitate to guess the amount of weight you would gain. And, I would highly not advise you to do this experiment.
Can you tell me some foods which are beneficial for long lasting time? And I eat a lot of junk fast food so please tell me the way to balance it.
I am 22, 5 ft, 121 lbs. I do exercise and don't eat fast food. My BP 110/90. What do you say about it? Need some suggestions and advices. Thank you!
Rest assured that it: Could be quite normal. Have it checked a few times by your Doctor and see what the readings are. Your Doc should then investigate to see if there is any cause for your high BP and if so, then that cause would need treatment first. Anxiety can result in high BP readings. Good Luck.See 1 more doctor answer
I gain weight easily. If I eat a lot of (fast food) for a week, I would see a huge difference in my weight. I have friends who eat so much but they r ok?
Body composition: Body composition (muscle and fat) differs from person to person as does the amount of calories a person burns. Fast food is very high in calories and fat and im not suprised you would gain weight. Don't compare yourself to others, eat healthy and listen to your own body. If you don't want fast weight gain, don't eat fast foods. Choose healthier alternatives, prepare your own foods.
Less of everything!: Seriously, taking in less calories than you burn if the quickest way to lose excess fat that is often stored around your belly. Also, get moving. Core strengthening exercises such as planks, straddles, pull downs, rowing, leg lifts, etc... Are helpful. There is no magic bullet, sorry!
