Yes: Having a stent because of a kidney stone is not a contraindication to exercise. Any sharp pain during exercise should prompt you to stop it and do something else

Not sure: Could be infected hematoma or normal effect of injury. With a kidney laceration, there is often a hematoma (blood collection). If it gets infected, you will develop an abscess. On the other hand, moderate temperature elevations can be present with a kidney lacerations. If your temperature continues to rise and you feel sicker (chills, malaise, lethargy) call your doctor immediately

Multiple possibility: You can have anything from sore low back muscles to something more serious, like early spine arthritis. Does not sound like a disc bulge, or herniation, because you are not describing burning or shooting sensations down a leg.

Time: TAke time to get well. Your pain is still present as you say you cannot bend or walk. Let the pain and discomfort resolve Use and alternative method of exercise such as swimming or walking for the exercise. The running and walking use up the same amount of calories and will keep you moving If the pain is still there on MOnday see your doctor.

Bungee jumping: Not a good idea. At the least it can aggravate the pain. At worst it might damage the ligaments and muscles in the back. Usually a compressive injury such as landing on your feet can cause more damage, but as you already have back issues, my advise would be to avoid it.
