Teething symptoms: Some children do get a low grade fever, diarrhea and drooling. You can treat them simultaneously. Ibuprofen is more effective for teething than tylenol. Probably ok: Not sure why you have indigestion or diarrhea but usually it is diet related. In general when this occurs, it is best to eat bland food, that is soft and easily digestible.
