Foods That Reduce Phlegm
Is there any fruit or food that can reduce production of mucus in lungs or any food which helps to remove mucus from lung?
Food not a factor: Foods are not a factor in production of mucus in the lungs nor do foods help in removing it. Steam inhalation may help loosen the mucus and make it easier to come out. ...Read more

Semen pH acidic. What key foods should be avoided to increase semen pH? Or what foods should you eat to decrease pH?
Really? acidic ?: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9675619 there's nothing out there on acidic. Some of the components particular to semen (modified amino acids) make it basic. Foods cannot make the blood acidic. While some drugs are concentrated (somewhat) in semen compared to plasma. You'd need a lot of the drug in the semen to make it acidic and of the few drugs studied that way, none are acids that I've seen. ...Read more
To reduce fat wheat is important to us . Also eating meat is more beneficial or eating green vegetables to reduce fat and weight?

Raw food diet is great, but some raw veggies cause gas and bloating for some. How to improve digestion of raw food? #nqlu i'm trying to eat more raw food but get way too much gas or just don't digest some veggies and seeds. I try the food combining sugges
Unfortunately : Unfortunately there is no way around this problem, the issue here is Cellulose (fiber found in raw vegetables) this is a carbohydrate that is very difficult for the human body to digest. For this reason, if a lot is consumed the result is gas, bloating and nausea. You should also be aware that for this reason many of the valuable nutrients in raw vegetables are actually not being absorbed by the body, which defeats the intended purpose of eating this way. I believe that steaming your vegetables would be better on your digestive system, and would give your body more nutrients. On the other hand, you can try using a digestive aid before consuming raw vegetables. Examples of naturally occurring digestive enzymes include aloe vera and papain. These can be found at your local vitamin and herb retailer. Good luck! ...Read more

All the asthmatic patients have high level of chitinase?
If the answer is yes,
do they avoid foods that contain chitinase! like kiwi , tomato...Etc!
Pop & simplistic: Chitinase is one of hundreds of enzymes in the human respiratory system, and in some (by no means all) asthmatics, it tends to run high, probably because it runs high where there's inflammation. Some people are allergic to one or more of the chitinases found in nature. Other people aren't. And empirically, most asthmatics handle chitinase-rich foods just fine. One more easy, mostly-wrong answer. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Do chicken liver and sesame seeds increase cholestrol level.are there specific food to avoid in order to lower cholesterol?
Stop worrying: Liver from any source is loaded with cholesterol. Nobody's studied the impact of sesame seeds. But this stuff's trivial. Life's hard enough without feeling you need to make minor food choices worrying about a lab test. Cholesterol levels are mostly genetic and reflect the overall patterns of exercise and, to a lesser extent, diet. Stay fit and eat sensibly overall, & enjoy sesame if you want. ...Read more

Tobacco decreases : Dht production because blood flow testes, where Dht is produced, high cholesterol containing foods likely inhibit Dht production.
