Healthy foods: I don't know of any foods that would affect an ovarian cyst. But definitely it seems that a lot of your health issues come from abdomen area. Make sure to eat a lot of fiber. I'm likely kale salads right now. Blueberries are another super food that's in season now. But fiber to keep your intestines regular is #1.
