Having cold hands?: Keeping warm, active, don't smoke, and of course a healthy, balanced diet/exercise will help you maintain good health. Since u are 21 and possibley having cold hands/feet? I suspect you may have a vasospastic condition called raynaud's phenomenon. When exposed to cold, this can cause significant symptoms--color changes, pain etc..Keep warm, wear gloves. Nothing: There is nothing special for that. Just eat healthy. No ghee. Limit all fats, oils, dairy (including lassi, butter, whole milk). Eat more vegetables & fruit (with very little to no oil). Limit salt. Limit meat intake - the best are fish (not shellfish) & poultry - goat/lamb, beef, pork are fatty. Eat more unsalted, unfried nuts. More beans/legumes (dals).
