What can cause feeling full quickly (almost a sick feeling) from not a lot of food and drink? Constipation? Stress? I feel stuffed and don't eat alot.

I am not sure: Gastroparesis is what the name is saying namely the stomach does not empty and food stagnates there 4 hours. Usually it could be part of paresis of the entire GI tract and in this case constipation could be present. An upper endoscopy: Is sometimes performed to evaluate delayed gastric emptying. Problems like obstruction, inflammation (erosive gastritis) or GERD/reflux may be seen along with no peristalsis/contractions of the stomach or even undigested food from the previous day.
