Many uses: I'm curious why you're taking a product you don't know the use for. The active ingredient is aloe vera gel- everything else is for flavor or preservatives. NO!: I strongly advise everyone take a quality multivitamin as the vast majority of americans don't get adequate vitamins & minerals from their diet, but vitamins are not a substitute for a healthy diet.
