Have recently quit heavy drinkin. I am eatin healthy n do NT drink anymo. Should I take up Vit C supp as i av heard it's good for liver regeneration?
30, in good physical shape, exercise. High liver enzymes, 100/200, moderate drinker, but have been drinking a lot of carrot. Could vit a cause this?
