Calcium intake from food is generally good (i.E. 3 cups of milk or yogurt). Took 2 Tums (calcium carbonate) for indigestion. What's the effect of excess calcium on fetus?
Is there a way to supplement choline or lecithin without upset stomach? I've tried soy and egg yolk lecithin capsules with nausea and diarrhea.

Problem, as well as having to watch the salt intake_and apparently acid food. Would any type of fish be okay?
Are there any alternative food sources of vitamin d if one can't take dairy and much fish or regular sunshine ?
Low calcium taking calcium tablets with vitamin d . Have diahorea most of the time with very bad smell .

Is it okay to swallow calcium supplements with orange juice or does the Orange juice make the calcium less absorbable.
OK: Orange juice doesn't reduce absorption of calcium supplements and improves absorption of calcium carbonate. Pregnant with food aversions such as meats, cheese, eggs, and pasta sauces. What are some meals I can make with out that.
Meals: Non cheese dairy, friuts and veggies, grains that are healthy and also a good source of protein will work. Some fish (look online for low mercury fish). You can certainly do a whey protein shake or carnation instant breakfast in the morning. Soy based items like tofu based products, yogurt (greek for protein) also will work.
