I'm training judo and i had problems with my stomach. So what food to eat 1 day before a competition and on the next day just before a warm up?
A guess: Carb up the day before the match & eat light before the warm up with foods that don't upset your stomach (when ii used to wrestle we'd starve ourselfs to make weight and then chow down after the weigh in so we'd be as much as 15 lbs heavier by match time (mostly rehydration) which wasn't the greatest health-wise! ...Read more
