Antibiotic therapy: Helicobacter pylori bacteria likes our stomach acid environment. It is the leading cause of ulcers of the stomach and duodenum. Foods have no effect. Piles/ hemorrhoids also unrelated. You need to take a combination of 3 or 4 antibiotics for 2 wks to kill these bacteria. Failure to do so can cause ulcers or even cancer.
