NO, sadly many!: As a very starchy food with a high glycemic index (60) ; glycemic load, eating maize is not particularly good for health. In general sugars ; starchy foods like grains ; potatoes are not very good for health. Fried foods are also bad, as are gmo foods ; food from animals fed gmo's, grains ; hormones. Save Money: You most certainly don't need to supplement with vitamins (unless it's vitamin d, and even then it's a hard maybe). Study after study has found no benefit. Fish oils seems to be pretty great, but only in high doses of >3gm/day of the dha/epa. Liver: there are no foods which are specifically good for your liver. Having said that, if you have liver disease, you should avoid alcohol, certain medications, and raw seafood and shellfish.
