During eating I don't feel full in my stomach I always feel the food lin my esophagus no matter how little I eat. Its annoying what's the cause of that?

Hiatal hernia: A weakness at the opening to the stomach can cause a hiatal hernia and allow part of the stomach to enter the chest cavity. This may cause food to get stuck before entering into the stomach. An upper GI x-ray or gastroscope could show this. Should consult with your doctor to find out what is causing the problem.

Eating chocolate, honey and other sweet foods immediatly burns my throat! Is the esophagus sensitive to sweet/strong foods? (can anxiety cause this?)

Throat burn: Throat burning with certain foods may be due to reflux of acid in the throat. You can have this without the typical reflux symptom of heartburn. Other symptoms of reflux into the throat are hoarseness, phlegm, cough, throat clearing, low grade sore throat, feelings of a lump in the throat... Stress and anxiety can exacerbate symptoms in the throat.

When your trying to heal your esophagus you shouldn't eat more acids? What if your taking meds and your still hurting is it becuz of the acidic food.

Correct: Eating or drinking acid things will make the esophageal irritation worse. It may take time for the meds to work. If you are very pregnant, you probably have reflux and should stay upright as much of the time as you can (even to sleep) and take an antacid whenever you hurt as well as at bedtime or if you wake up in the night.

Pharynx: The pharynx, the common space at the back of the mouth and throat where food and breathing take place, has reflexly operated membranes and cartilage which close the larynx (windpipe) when swallowing and prevents the wrong this from getting past. This can be consciously bypassed - but why would you want this?

If the esophagus is in the back, why do we feel stuck food in the front of the chest?

Esophageal symptoms: Technically, the esophagus is a mediastinal structure that sits forward of the spinal cord and behind the airway. As such, its mid-body and not "in the back." that being said, esophageal pain can radiate to the chest or back, and shares many of the same nerve pathways of pain as does the heart. You're right in that food sticking is typically described as "in the chest.".
