Junk food?: No medical professional in his/her right mind is going to recommend junk food... If both (parents) are on the small side, children are likely to be so as well. It is a plus that she can eat anything because of her body size, but i would increase nutritious foods before allowing junk food---which is ok once in awhile. Best of all, check with your doc who has been seeing your child over the years. ...Read more

That depends: Hi. Not if they're egg mcmuffins and big macs. If you eat meals consisting of HEALTHY food twice daily, that's fine. It's utter nonsense to think you need 3 meals/day. If you're only hungry for two, eat two. However WHAT you eat should be healthy food: whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies, nonfat dairy, olive and canola oil, lean meats; best prepared at home. NO fast food.
