Junk food?: No medical professional in his/her right mind is going to recommend junk food... If both (parents) are on the small side, children are likely to be so as well. It is a plus that she can eat anything because of her body size, but i would increase nutritious foods before allowing junk food---which is ok once in awhile. If you're only hungry for two, eat two.
