I am a 46 year old hispanic that has frequent, heartburn every time i eat. Love spicy food, what medication do you recommend. Tums no good.Or zentac.

NO: Night food is not different at night or daytime .The problem is how much you eat. If you eat the right amount at a regular meal time and then snack with regular food but at late night you will gain weight. Eat a balanced diet that is calorie controlled mixed with exercise.
