Depends: It depends on what is causing the hair loss. Telogen effluvium is hair loss due to illness, severe trauma,
pregnancy/ other and it will grow back. Alopecia areata
will grow back most of time. Male pattern baldness so
far after if falls out there is no known way to make the hair follicles regrow. I know of no medication that will

It is usually due to gram positive bacteria (Staphlococci), however, if you are certain that this one is due to gram negative bacteria (by culture), then ampicillin is not the best antibiotic. Take a good look with a magnifying glass

In the meantime a moisturizing body wash is indicated!
